Potato pudding at the casu axedu
Instructions
Boil potatoes and onion into small pieces and reduce them to puree.
Blend together milk, cheese, yeast, flour, egg yolks, salt and pepper; join the sausage into chunks and mix the puree.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until foamy and add to the rest.
Pour into a mold greased with oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
put in hot oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
