Potato pudding and mushrooms
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and cut the stems into thin slices.
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.
Lightly grease a baking sheet, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and arrange the potatoes and the stems of the mushrooms mixed with chopped garlic and parsley; season with oil, salt and a little pepper.
Cover with the caps of sliced mushrooms, sprinkle with chopped parsley, a pinch of salt, a pinch of chili and sprinkle with wine.
Bake in the oven at medium temperature for approximately 40 minutes.
