Spinach flan (2) (Sformato di Spinaci (2))
Instructions
Season the spinach with butter and garlic, let cool, then add beaten eggs with milk, parmesan and mix.
Put the mixture into a buttered pudding mould and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes, then turn out and serve.

- 450 g of frozen chopped spinach
- 50 g of butter
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 eggs
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Milk
- Breadcrumbs
