Instructions

Wash and chop spinach and add them in 50 g of butter with crushed garlic.

Chill, add the beaten eggs, milk, parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt and stir the ingredients.

Pour the mixture into a buttered mold and spread of breadcrumbs.

Bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Wait 5 minutes before unmould.
