Flan of clams and mussels
Instructions
Clean and wash the clams and the mussels and place them in a saucepan with 1/4 of water leaving them open to fire.
Remove clams, filtered well water and keep it aside.
Finely chop the boiled fish.
The velvety sauce prepared with the broth the mussels.
Add salt, pepatela and allow it to cool.
Cream.
the yolks, fish, chopped mussels and, finally, the egg whites.
Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Put on the serving dish and serve.

- 500 g of clams
- 500 g of mussels
- 100 g of boiled fish
- Velvety sauce
- 4 eggs
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
