Mackerel with anchovies
Instructions
Clean and squamate fish, wash them, dry them.
In a saucepan heat a few tablespoons of oil and let them melt the anchovies cut into pieces.
On this sauce place the mackerel which have practiced of engravings on the back, add salt and pepper, pour the white wine with very little water and capers.
Cook top and covered for about half an hour.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 mackerel
- 100 g of anchovies in olive oil
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- A few tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
