Instructions
Cut into 3 cm cubes of side 1000 g of veal or beef and let marinate for an hour in a sauce made with a glass of yoghurt, 2 tablespoons of curry powder and lemon juice.
Thread the meat pieces in steel skewers and cook for 10 minutes on the grill, turning them until they and bathing them occasionally with the marinade curry.
Serve them hot with ben rice pilaf.

- 1000 g of veal meat (or beef)
- 1 glass of yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of curry powder
- 1 lemon (juice)
