Instructions
Clean the garlic and let it in vinegar for about 5 hours.
Moisten the bread, squeeze it very well and add the garlic you'll have meanwhile almost melted with a fork.
Pour 3 tablespoons of vinegar, salt and beat the mixture by adding the oil.
If it seems cluttered pour a little water.
Shall serve in a shallow dish ornando with olives and pickles.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 5 slices bread (crumb)
- 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- Salt
