Instructions

Melt the butter in a Bain-Marie and mix it with vanilla sugar and flour; Mix cocoa with milk and add to butter and sugar.

Mix until obtaining a cream of the right density, let cool, stir in the egg yolks and then the clear mounted to snow.

Pour the mixture into a buttered mould and bake in a Bain-Marie.
