Sole Alla Crema (Sogliole Alla Crema)
Instructions
Melt the butter in a saucepan and rosolarvi finely chopped onion.
When Golden, add the fillets of sole and sautee on both sides.
Season with salt and drizzle with the cream which will have been diluted saffron.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Serve hot.

- 800 g of sole fillets
- == 1 small onion
- 1 sachet of saffron
- 40 g of butter
- 125 g of cream
- Salt
