Sole au gratin
Instructions
Clean the soles, wash away the mushrooms, chop and mix the parsley and basil.
Cover the bottom of a buttered baking dish with half of the tomato, adjust salt, arrange a layer of chopped mushrooms, the sole, the rest of the tomato, a second layer of mushrooms, sprinkle with salt, add the wine, drizzle with melted butter and bake in hot oven for 15 minutes.

- 250 g of tomato
- 150 g of mushrooms
- 50 g of butter
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon of chopped basil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Salt
