Tomato Sorbet (Sorbetto di Pomodoro)
Instructions
In a bowl pour the tomato juice, lemon juice, a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, a little salt and pepper sugar and chopped chives.
Mix well and place in a container.
Put in the freezer.
When it starts to become solid, lift it from the freezer and rifrullarlo until it becomes soft.
Put in the freezer.

- 400 g of tomato juice
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 100 g of sugar
- Chives
- Few drops of worcestershire sauce
- Little of salt
- Little of pepper
