Bananas soufflé
Instructions
Peel the bananas and blend with the liquor.
Pour the milk in a saucepan, add the butter and bring to a boil.
Add the flour a little at a time and work with a ladle until it detaches from the walls of the pot.
Remove from heat, add to mixture one egg yolk at a time, then add the Banana Smoothie and then three egg whites very firm.
Grease well a mould, pour the mixture and bake in hot oven at 170 degrees for about 20/25 minutes.
Put, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
