Instructions

Prepare a white sauce with butter, flour and hot fish stock.

Mix the crab meat with the shrimp and milk.

Add the mixture to the sauce and add 4 egg yolks and 4 egg whites.

Bake in hot oven at 190 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
