Sea stars in orange sauce
Instructions
03649 STARFISH IN Orange SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 600 g of egg noodles, 300 g of smoked salmon, 300 g of ricotta, garlic, 30 g butter, 1 egg, 50 g of grated Parmesan.
For the sauce: 50 g of butter, 1 clove of garlic, juice of 2 oranges, 150 g cream.
In a bowl mix the ricotta with the egg and the grated Parmesan, add the salmon and mix well.
Roll out the pastry into two sheets.
On the first place of the little pile of dough, put the other threshold and formed using a stencil so many star shaped ravioli.
Bake the stars in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.
Browned garlic in 50 g of butter, then add the orange juice, cream and mix well.
Drain and serve with orange sauce.
