Instructions

Condensed milk diluted with warm water.

Prepare a bechamel, sweet bake on fire the flour dissolved in milk, butter and vanilla smell; Let it cool and let it thickish turning from time to time because they do not form the crust.

Place egg yolks in a bowl of eggs and turn it around slowly, without whisking, add the sauce.

Continue to turn until the mixture is smooth and glossy.

Beat until foamy egg whites, add these to the sauce.

Not to make them ' get off ' you attention not to mix them, but to incorporate them to the compound with a movement from below upwards.

Prepare a well buttered soufflé mould (or even individual stencils) and bake in the oven already warm.

Simmer for 20 minutes to half an hour without opening the oven.

Serve freshly baked.
