Spaghetti aglio oglio, and chili
Instructions
Cook spaghetti as usual and while they do heat the oil in a pan.
When it is hot add the crumbled red pepper and garlic.
Stir with a wooden spoon for a few seconds and when the garlic is golden, remove it.
Drain the spaghetti and toss with the hot oil and chilli.
After you cut the chilli, immediately wash your hands, being careful not to get your eyes because it's very stinging.
