Spaghetti with pine nuts
Instructions
In a pan heat 5 tablespoons oil, add the pine nuts and toast them over high heat.
Turn off the heat.
Chop onion, garlic and Rosemary and put everything into the pan with the pine nuts.
Let wither very focus for 5-6 minutes.
Boil the spaghetti, drain them and put them in the pan with the sauce, add the Parmesan cheese, pepper and whisk over low heat for a few moments.
Serve immediately.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 50 g of pine nuts
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
