Spaghetti with tuna and anchovies
Instructions
Pass through a sieve with tuna and anchovies.
Make a sauce with olive oil and a clove of garlic.
Then add salt, pepper, finely chopped parsley and tomatoes into pieces.
Finally, add the tuna and anchovies and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti al dente and toss with the sauce.

- 500 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 60 g of tuna
- 80 g of anchovies in olive oil
- 3 tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Pepper
