Spaghetti capers and anchovies
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water.
Cut into pieces the anchovies, rinsed capers, wash the parsley and peeled garlic.
Puree the ingredients in the mixer.
Heat a salad bowl, mix the chopped anchovies to spaghetti conditevi and oil if necessary, adding a little of the pasta cooking water.

- 12 anchovy fillets
- 1 tablespoon of salted capers
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 8 tablespoons of olive oil
- 320 g of type noodles pasta
