Instructions

The olives must be pitted.

Peel and mince the clove of garlic.

Peel and finely slice the onions.

Cut into slices and olives in half the berries of grapes.

Remove any seeds.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion and garlic very moderate flame for 10 minutes, stirring often.

When the onion has become transparent add olives and grapes.

Let stand for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Meanwhile, bring to the boil salted water and boil the spaghetti.

Drain them al dente.

Mix the preparation with goat cheese olives and grape berries.

Pour the cheese sauce on the pasta, stir thoroughly and put in a warm serving dish.

Serve immediately.

Suggested wine: Chardonnay.
