Spaghetti of the fishmonger
Instructions
Put in a saucepan the olive oil, chopped anchovies and olives which are cut into small pieces.
Moderate simmer for 5 minutes, until the anchovies have dissolved in the oil.
Drain the pasta, then add the sauce, stir and add the cream.
You need without Parmesan cheese on top.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 1 jar of black olives kalamata
- 1 box of anchovies in olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups of cooking cream
