Aromatic noodles
Instructions
Mince the herbs.
Heat the oil in a pan and add 2/3 of the chopped and diced tomatoes; Add salt, pepper and cook over high heat for 5 minutes.
Boil the noodles, drain and toss with the sauce and chopped herbs.

- 280 g of type noodles pasta
- 120 g of perini tomatoes, diced
- 20 g of thyme
- 20 g of oregano
- 20 g of rosemary
- 20 g of basil
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
