Shoulder of pork with vegetables
Instructions
Put inside the meat, salt and pepper then roll it up.
Place it in a pan with the lard.
When it is browned add a glass of water, vegetables, herbs, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 1 hour and a half.
Serve the meat sliced with around pulses and chopped parsley.

- 1500 g of pork shoulder
- 500 g of rape
- 10 onions
- Herbs
- 4 teaspoons of chopped parsley
- 50 g of lard
- Thyme
- Laurel
