Stew with Olives (Spezzatino con Olive)
Instructions
Cut the meat into cubes and let heat in a pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil high.
Sprinkle meat with half the flour and the other half with mustard.
Sauté with garlic, olive oil, and add the port.
Cook over a moderate flame adding a little water.
