Pork stew with peas
Instructions
FRY in oil and butter a beat of onion with a clove of garlic.
Together, Brown stew, when it took salt and pepper color.
Squirt with a glass of red wine and let it evaporate, then add the tomatoes and fresh shelled peas.
Cook for about an hour.
Pass the stew on the serving dish and serve hot.

- 1000 g of fresh peas
- 1 box of peeled tomatoes
- 1 glass red wine
