Bavarian skewers
Instructions
Get 16 wooden skewers.
Heat a little water in a pan and cook the sausage for a few minutes.
Drain and let cool.
Put the gherkins and onions on absorbent paper to remove excess vinegar.
Drain the olives well.
Cut the Gruyere into 16 nuts.
Put the ingredients on skewers, in the order you prefer.
Eventually stick the skewers on an Apple or half grapefruit.
