Skewers of mozzarella and tomatoes
Instructions
Go lightly toast the slices of bread under the grill of the oven, rub hands together with the garlic and cut into dice.
Cut the tomatoes in half and the pepper, washed and cleansed, dice of the same size as those of bread.
Alternate on 4 wooden skewers the mozzarella, tomatoes, bread and pepper, seasoned with a little oil and a pinch of salt, then toss them for about 5 minutes under the grill of the oven and serve immediately.

- 400 g of mozzarella with cherry
- 8 round tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 2 slices of apulian bread
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
