Turkey skewers
Instructions
Cut into sticks and meat, sliced an Eggplant and two vertical Zucchini.
Wrap the meat first in the Eggplant and then in zucchini.
Put the skewers in alternating rolls with onions.
Grease with oil, sprinkle with oregano and season.
Grilled aubergines and courgettes and sliced peppers, combined in a salad bowl and toss with 2 tablespoons oil, salt, pepper and chopped Basil.
Grilling kebabs, add salt and pepper and serve with vegetables.

- 300 g of turkey breast
- 5 zucchini
- 3 eggplant
- 12 pickled onions
- 2 peppers
- Oregano
- Basil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
