Fried skewers
Instructions
Mix the meat with the pecorino cheese, chopped parsley, 4 tablespoons of bread crumbs, 1 egg, salt and pepper.
Soften with a little milk, forming large meatballs as a nut and pass them in the flour.
Cut the bread into slices of diameter meatballs.
Insert toothpicks in meatballs 4 alternating to bread.
Pass the skewers in beaten egg and bread crumbs and FRY in plenty of oil.

- 400 g of ground beef
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of grated pecorino cheese
- 3 clumps of prezzemolo
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Little of milk
- Flour
- Abundant of olive oil
