Instructions

Wash and shell the shrimps.

Chop garlic and onion and brown them in 2 tablespoons oil.

Add shrimp and cook over high heat.

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper and place in the pan with the shrimp.

Bake the omelet for 2-3 minutes until the bottom has curdled, then rigirarla and cook for another 3 minutes.

Serve tepid or cold.
