Braised spinach with rosemary
Instructions
Remove the stems and wilted or damaged leaves of spinach.
Wash them well in various water and drain them thoroughly.
Melt the butter in a medium-size casserole, from the bottom often.
Add spinach, Rosemary, salt and pepper.
Cover and let simmer gently focus from ten to fifteen minutes, shaking the Pan occasionally, until spinach is tender.
Pour the spinach in a colander, mash with slotted spoon to dry, place them on a plate of hot service.
You can make this recipe with 700 g frozen spinach.
