Sautéed spinach
Instructions
Boil spinach and squeeze well.
Heat a little oil with the chopped garlic and the anchovies water and fillet.
Combine spinach and sauté them.
Mix and add salt to accommodate the spinach on serving dish, irrorarli of them well and serve them hot sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 450 g of spinach
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 salted anchovies
- Olive oil
