Grilled sturgeon
Instructions
In a bowl, pour a glass of wine and oil, the juice of one lemon, a sprig of thyme and one of Rosemary, a sprig of parsley, salt and pepper.
Let marinate for an hour the trance of sturgeon.
Drain, logs the trance with bits of garlic and Rosemary.
Heat the grill, line the trance and grill oven cook for a quarter of an hour.
Sprinkle with marinade if they were dry.
Accompanying wines: Soave DOC Superiore, Verdicchio Dei Castelli Di Jesi DOC Fiano Di Avellino DOC.

- 4 trance of sturgeon
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- Garlic
- 1 sprig of thyme
- Rosemary
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 glass of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
