Sturgeon and salmon into strips
Instructions
Cut into strips and thin the sturgeon and salmon, place them in two small pans and seasoned with olive oil, vinegar, and a little ground pepper.
Do not add salt.
Serve bread made with accompanying toast at the time, and piping hot.
Sturgeon can be smoked, or even fresh, boiled, and already sold in slices from deli.
If desired, the bread can be substituted with blinis.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 120 g of sliced smoked sturgeon (or sliced boiled sturgeon)
- 120 g of thin slices of smoked salmon
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- Hot grilled bread
- Pepper
