Braised pork with brussels sprouts salad and nettles
Instructions
Boil in salted water the Brussels sprouts and nettles and keep them aside.
Cut the meat into thin slices and Brown.
Lay them in a dish and in the same Pan jump nettles with garlic and add the Brussels sprouts.
Serve with vegetables around the meat.

- 200 g of arista of pork
- 200 g of brussels sprouts
- 300 g of nettle
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
