Instructions

Boil the beets, chopping and dry them in a pan.

Stir in the ricotta, parmesan, eggs and flour into a soft dough.

Combine salt, pepper and a little nutmeg.

Get many balls and let stand for 1 hour.

Boil in salted water for 10 minutes.

Drizzle with oil and serve with the tomato sauce diluted with cream.
