Strozzapreti al radicchio
Instructions
Chop quite finely the onion and Brown in oil.
When the onion becomes transparent, add the coarsely chopped radicchio and continue cooking.
Almost finished cooking, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar (about 1/2 cup) and let it dry completely.
Season with salt, then add the curry, cream and noodles cooked al dente and drained well.
Sauté for a few minutes and serve.

- 5 red radicchio treviso's mid-size
- Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of very fragrant curry
- 20 cl of cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil extra virgin
