Strozzapreti with anchovies
Instructions
Cook onion and shallots in 2 tablespoons of olive oil over low heat, covered.
Mince garlic with anchovies, capers, Basil and parsley.
Add the chopped onion and FRY for a few minutes.
When the pasta is cooked on a skillet of gravy reflect, season and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 180 g of strozzapreti
- 1 tablespoon of salted capers
- 1/2 onion
- 1 small shallots
- 1 sprig of basil
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 4 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
