Instructions

Place the flour and mix with eggs, butter, 100 g sugar, anise, lemon peel, baking soda. Mix thoroughly and cut sticks, cut into small pieces and fry them in hot oil. Dissolve over heat 5 tablespoons sugar, combine the honey, the struffoli and stir for 10 minutes. Arrange them on a platter and garnish with candied fruit.
