Instructions
If you use canned fruit dry with a paper towel, soak it in liqueur and mix it with the chopped nuts.
Make small brochettes with toothpicks, poking at a mouthful of meat and fruit on each one.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of boiled diced turkey
- 1 cup of peach (or apricot) cut into cubes
- 3 tablespoons of chopped walnuts
- 1 dram of jamaica rum
