Sour cherry juice
Instructions
Remove the stem with sour cherries, wash and cook whole in a saucepan with a little water.
Then pass through a sieve of horsehair to rather large.
Weigh the juice and add sugar in proportion of 500 g per 1000 g.
For flavouring, you can add the grated rind of half a lemon, or a pinch of camnella or a pair of garofono.
Mix well and pour leaving an inch and a half from the feed opening.
The capsules and boil for 25 minutes.
