Tomato sauce with mushrooms and ham
Instructions
Put the mushrooms in warm water to soften them.
Cut into squares the ham.
In a saucepan heat the butter left and two tablespoons of oil, get squeezed and shredded mushrooms, add the ham, chopped basil, salt and pepper set bearing in mind that the ham is tasty.
Stir.
Cover and simmer 1/2 hour fresh focus by adding a tablespoon of hot water as they need.

- 100 g of not-so-lean ham
- 6 leaves of basil
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 25 g of butter
