Turkey to cashews
Instructions
Cut lengthwise into strips, the Turkey Breast.
Put it to marinate for two hours with lemon juice, a pinch of nutmeg, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Grate all the onions and all the carrots, then FRY separately to very low heat.
On a baking sheet, place the marinated Turkey and cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 150 degrees.
When the Turkey is ready, pour over carrots and onions that you put together and season with a pinch of nutmeg.
Finally, sprinkle with crushed cashews.

- 500 g of onions
- 2 pinches of nutmeg
