Turkey with artichokes
Instructions
Clean, wash and chop the parsley.
Beat the Turkey slices to make them thinner as possible and put them in a veil of flour.
Fry the meat in a large skillet with the butter foamy, add the wine, let it evaporate, add salt and pepper and cook the slices 2-3 minutes per side.
Meanwhile, cut into thin wedges and slices the artichokes i drained gherkins, deliver on the meat, sprinkle with the parsley, flavored with a generous ground pepper, remove from heat and serve.

- 700 g of turkey breast slices
- 4 artichokes in olive oil
- 4 pickles
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- Flour
- 40 g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
