Turkey with almonds
Instructions
Saute garlic in a little oil, add the beaten of celery and carrot.
Flour the slices of Turkey, add them to the sauce, you take color from both sides wet with white wine, then add salt and sprinkle with almonds.
Simmer for 10 minutes, add the whole almonds and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of turkey breast
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 carrot
- 10 almonds
- Some of whole almonds
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Little of olive oil
- Salt
- Flour
