Creamy turkey
Instructions
Cut the Turkey Breast into small pieces and put it in the skillet with the bacon cubes, olive oil and a pinch of salt (set bearing in mind that the bacon is tasty).
When cooked add a glass of white wine and let it evaporate, until it forms a dark sauce.
Then add the cream and cook another few minutes to thicken slightly.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of turkey breast
- 100 g of sweet diced bacon
- White wine
- 100 g of cooking cream
- Olive oil
- Salt
