Creamy watermelon
Instructions
Liquidize the pulp after private watermelon seeds.
Combine sugar, mascarpone cheese and grated chocolate coarsely.
Mix well the mixture and break it up into 4 individual cups.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and keep in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of watermelon pulp
- 200 g of mascarpone
- 50 G = = Chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Cinnamon powder
