Instructions

Peel the sugar snap peas and boil in salted water.

Drain underdone.

In a pan left to dry the thinly sliced onion in 4 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add whole peeled garlic, sugar snap peas and seasoning over high heat for 5 minutes.
