Pasta with pumpkin flowers
Instructions
Cut into strips the courgette flowers and the onion.
Let them cook with a nut until they are cooked.
Divide the mixture into two parts and put one hand in the blender and blend with a glass of wine.
Then put everything into the Pan and let it shrink slightly.
Cut the ham into strips and add to Zucchini with cream.
Cook the pasta, then add the sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fold in.

- 200 g of ham
